Summer Crafts 4 Kids Tutorial: DIY Knitting Loom

Lynda LaugavitzCrafts, DIY Projects, Kid's Crafts

knitting loom

Create a DIY knitting loom with popsicle sticks, then learn how to use it. The knitted cord can be used as a belt or bracelet, hung as a garland in your room, or in craft projects.

We used this awesome tutorial from Red Kite Days to make our looms and teach the kids how they are used. The photos are super close and clear which makes this a very useful tutorial!

Modifications: We used 6 popsicle sticks instead of 4. We also used duct tape along with the washi tape to make a sturdier loom.
